De druiven, van deze fijnzinnig bruisende cuvée zijn handgeplukt. Deze Crémant wordt volgens Metode Traditioneel gemaakt. De zeer pure geur is luchtig etherisch, licht mineraal met een beetje citrus. In de mond de smaak van bloemen en licht fruitig.
